MT. PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) -

Mt. Pleasant police are searching for two men who they say purchased items from Wal-Mart using credit cards that were stolen out of vehicles.

Police say vehicles in the Sea Palms Crescent portion of the Marais Subdivision were broken into last week. Credit cards stolen from the cars were then used at Wal-Mart at 3000 Proprietors Place on October 2 around 5:56 a.m. to buy a HP laptop and a Sony analog receiver.

Security cameras at Wal-Mart spotted the two suspects who used the stolen credit cards. Police say the male suspects appear to be around 20 years old and were seen driving a late 80's, early 90's model GMC Jimmy/Chevrolet Blazer. There is a sticker on the left side of the back window.

Police say unauthorized credit card purchases were also used at a Bank of America ATM and Wal-Mart on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.

If you have any information on these suspects, call the Mt. Pleasant Police Department at 843-884-4176.
