SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) -

A man suspected of crashing into a Summerville couple while driving drunk remains behind bars.

Daniel James Sena is still in jail despite the belief of the victims' family that he was out.

Online court records showed Sena was out of custody, but the Berkeley County Jail confirms that he is still there.

Sena is facing several charges including felony DUI. His bond was set at just more than $56,000.

Cindy and Rick Wright were riding their motorcycle when the accident happened Saturday on Highway 17-A.

Rick Wright is recovering from two broken legs while Cindy Wright is in intensive care. Wright's daughter said her mother has opened her eyes and is improving every day.
