SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - A Summerville man on Live 5's Most Wanted list who police say beat and choked his girlfriend has been captured in North Carolina.
Summerville police say 31-year-old Kenon Stevens was arrested over the weekend in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Police say Stevens was wanted for severely beating his girlfriend on multiple days and threatening to kill her. The incidents occurred at a North Palmetto St. apartment between August 4 and August 6, 2012.
"Mr. Stevens basically held his girlfriend captive for several days," said Summerville Police Capt. Jon Rogers.
He faces charges of criminal domestic violence of an aggravated nature and kidnapping.
