NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Police have arrested and charged another man and a woman in connection with a double shooting which left one man dead and another injured in North Charleston Sunday.

North Charleston police spokesman Spencer Pryor said officers arrested 20-year-old Henry Lavester Mulligan on Wednesday night.

Mulligan joins 23-year-old Thomas Lamont Ancrum and 24-year-old Jamal Lameek Smalls in being charged with murder, armed robbery, and attempted murder.

Mulligan is also charged with possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

Pryor also said a woman, 31-year-old Jessica Frasier, has been charged with hindering a police investigation.  She was taken into custody by Charleston County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Police say the three men were robbing 23-year-old Anthony Watley III and another man around 3 p.m. in the 2200 block of Rebecca Street when they fired shots.

Watley and the other victim were taken to the Medical University of South Carolina. Watley was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The condition of the second victim is unknown at this point.

Ancrum and Smalls were denied bond during a court hearing on Monday.
