Bishop England 3  Barnwell 0 - The Bishops move to 28-5 on the season as they start their run for a 13th straight state title and 23rd overall. Caitlin Beard led BE with 11 kills while Ellie James and Mary Harriet Moore each had 8. Julianne Dahlman also had 29 assists. 

Academic Magnet 3  Silver Bluff 0 - Anne Padgett had 8 kills to lead the Raptors. They'll face Edisto in Round 2 on Wednesday

Branchville 3  Lincoln 0 - The Yellow Jackets season comes to an end. 

Cross 3  Bethune-Bowman 0 - The Trojans move on and will face the winner of East Clarendon and Lake View on Wednesday. Shanya Lisbon led the way with 15 kills while Kortnee Johno had 18 assists

Charleston Charter 3  Allendale-Fairfax 0 - The Riptide move on to the next round thanks to big nights from Alex Schwacke and Alanna Duncan who each had 8 kills. Madison Gibson chipped in with 6 kills while Tyler Price led CC with 28 assists. They'll face Carver's Bay on Wednesday night.
