Boil advisory lifted for Summerville residents

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - The boil water advisory for Summerville residents who live along Rose Drive has been lifted.

Berkeley County Water and Sanitation announced Thursday evening the advisory was lifted on Rose Drive, including The Village, Tramway and Carriage Lane communities.

All flushing and testing in this area have been completed and the negative test results indicate that residents no longer need to boil their water, said company spokesperson Johanna Cooper.
