Bishop England Wins Record 23rd Volleyball Title

COLUMBIA, SC - The Bishop England volleyball team set history again on Saturday. This time, winning the AA state championship gave the girls their 13th title in a row and 23rd overall. The 23 is the most state titles for any team in the country.
The match seemed to be a formality for BE as they ran over Chesnee 3-0.
Ellie James led the way for the Bishops with 20 kills along with 18 digs. Elliott Erickson chipped in with 8 kills. Julianne Dahlman led the team with 20 assists while Sawyer Swanson had 16 assists and 15 digs.
The Bishops finish the season at 31-5.
