Norfolk State's Brandon Goode was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference's (MEAC) Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.  Patrick Cole of Coppin State and Darryl Palmer of S.C. State were named Co-Rookie of the Week while Delaware State's Marques Oliver earned Defensive Player of the Week accolades.

Darryl Palmer (F, 6-7, 190, Fr., Summerville, S.C.) shot 7-of-11 from the field en route to 21 points and eight rebounds in an 81-62 victory over Claflin.  Palmer recorded 3-of-4 from the 3-point line and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe.  He also blocked three shots in 28 minutes of play.
