CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A Federal Grand Jury in Charleston has indicted three people on separate crimes, according to an announcement by U.S. Attorney Bill Nettles.
John Tobias, a 32-year-old North Charleston man, was charged in a 1-count indictment with theft of government property.
Kay Infinger Day, a 48-yeard old Summerville resident, was charged in a 5-count indictment with wire fraud. Day faces a maximum of 20-years in prison.
David Ramirez Ramon, a 35-year-old Mexico resident, was charged in a 1-count indictment with the illegal re-entry of a felon.
