CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -
A 38-year-old man was arrested Thursday while taking a break from work after police say they caught him in his vehicle with multiple drugs.
Kevin Street has been charged with possession of Methamphetamine and possession of Marijuana.
According to an incident report, police spotted Street sitting in a 2003 Toyota Tundra in the parking lot of Plan B on Ashley Town Center Drive on Thursday, Nov. 15 around 3:19 p.m. When asked what he was doing, Street told police he just went to the bank and "decided to hang out a little bit before (he) went back to work."
Police say they asked Street to step out of the truck after smelling marijuana in the vehicle.
