COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC/AP) - The Colleton County Coroner's Office has identified two people killed in a fatal crash on Oregon Road Saturday afternoon after their pickup ran into a tree.

Coroner Richard Harvey says the driver 17-year-old Daisha Blaine of Green Pond and 40-year-old Eric Scott Warren of Walterboro died at the scene of the accident.

Fire and Rescue Director Barry McRoy says the full-size Ford-F250 ran off the road and struck a tree, splitting the truck in two. Authorities say the truck was going fast when it hit the tree

According Colleton County officials, a 13-year-old male was thrown from the bed of the truck.  A little later, some hunters in the area found the teen walking and reported the accident.

The 13-year-old was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
