RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WIS) -

The Richland County Sheriff's Department is investigating several gang signs that were tagged on the Department of Social Services office building over the weekend.

The tags were discovered Sunday, but officials do not know if the vandalism happened Friday or Saturday. One of the tags reads "BLOOD TURF" in red spray paint, while another reads "I KILL FOLKS" in black spray paint.

The vandals tagged a state car as well and didn't stop there. They also hit a nail salon, print shop, and ABC store nearby.

On Friday, employees tell us one of their coworkers was attacked by an angry parent inside the building. The Sheriff's Department is investigating that incident as well, but it's too early to tell if the vandalism is connected.

As the sheriff's department continues to investigate, they're asking for anyone with information about the graffiti to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
