Boeing are set to complete a deal later this month for a property near there North Charleston plant.

Candy Eslinger, Boeing spokesperson, said the airline manufacturer and the South Carolina Research Authority are expected to close on a purchase of a building on International Boulevard on Dec. 13.

Boeing will sign a ground lease with the Charleston County Airport Authority, which owns the land.

Eslinger would not disclose the financial terms of the deal, and said there were no immediate plans for the building.
