Most Wanted: Samantha Elizabeth Dyson

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

State probation and parole agents in Charleston County are looking for 42 year old year old Samantha Elizabeth Dyson.

Dyson is wanted for violation her probation, failing to report to her probation officer.

She is on probation for forgery.

"It's not a violent crime, but she took someone's name," said Agent Mitchell ray. "She forged a document and hurt somebody in that manner, and she still needs to be brought to justice."

Dyson faced up to three years in prison, but ray says a judge put her on probation for 18 months.

On November 27, 2012, Dyson disappeared.

"She's completely vacated her residence and we have no leads on her whereabouts whatsoever," Ray said.

Ray said agents have reached out to Dyson's family but have gotten nowhere.

"This is the type of crime that someone that just takes off for unknown reasons. We're interested in finding out where she is, what's going on with her She has three years hanging over head. She had to do 18 months of probation and she simply stopped reporting."

Dyson stands 5'3" and weighs about 120 pounds.
