Charleston Police have identified a suspect who they say broke into a car in downtown Charleston while the owner of the vehicle was at church.

Police say Donald Desmond McFadden, 19, is wanted for breaking and entering motor vehicles.

According to an incident report, the victim parked her car on Cooper Street at 12 p.m. on Sunday, January 6 and went to church. When she returned less than an hour later, the car's passenger rear window was pushed down and her car stereo was missing.

The victim told police the radio was the only thing that was stolen form the car.

Police say McFadden is a black male, 5'9, 180 pounds, and his last known address is at 2661 Ferrara Drive in North Charleston.
