A 31-year-old man wanted for the sexual assault of a child was arrested Friday morning in Hilton Head after turning himself in.
Ruben Nieto-Banda of Bluffton was wanted on one count of criminal sexual conduct with a minor following the assaulted a 7-year-old female at a Baywood home on January 5, according to a release from the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say Banda inappropriately touched the child while she was at the home visiting a friend.
