Hwy 52 reopens near Kingstree after 8-vehicle wreck

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Highway 52 just north of Kingstree has been reopened after authorities cleared an eight-vehicle on Tuesday morning.

The Williamsburg County Sheriff's Office said the wreck happened at Highway 52 and McCutcheon, just north of Kingstree.

The wreck involved two 18-wheelers and six cars, authorities said. No one was seriously injured.

The road was closed for over an hour while crews worked to clear the scene.
