Family My family is from Charleston, but some live as far north as New York City. I have 3 sisters and 3 brothers. I am the oldest of my biological siblings and in the middle when counting everyone.
News Philosophy My goal is to expand public knowledge by telling thoughtful and accurate stories. A journalist owes it to viewers to think outside the box and to always stick to the facts.
Hobbies & Interests Music runs through my veins and I go to several concerts a year. College football and basketball are my favorite sports. I also enjoy outdoor activities and lots of time on the beach. To stay in shape, I train for 5K's and go mountain biking. Food is another hobby, but my dentist would probably tell you that I like desserts a little too much.
Likes Best About the Lowcountry I like that my family lives here. Being a native of the area, I have always appreciated the rich culture and history of the Lowcountry. The quality of restaurants and beauty of the area are hard to match and I am proud to be a Charlestonian.
