An East Texas teen is arrested on charges of arson and a minor in possession of alcohol.
19 year old Juan Murrillo of Longview was arrested by Longview Police around 4:30 p.m. in the 200-block of South Center Street.
Murrillo was arrested on outstanding warrants charging him with arson, a minor consuming alcohol and open container in a motor vehicle.
He remains in the Gregg County Jail on over $25-thousand dollars bond.
