Man sought for auto break-in during church

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department has identified a wanted man through fingerprints left behind at the scene of a crime.

Donald Desmond Montez McFadden, 21, is wanted for breaking and entering an automobile in downtown Charleston.

Police say he broke into a car at the intersection of Cooper St. and Hanover St. on January 6th.  The car owner was attending a church service at the time of the theft.  She reported a car radio had been stolen.

Fingerprints recovered from outside the car matched Donald Desmond Montez McFadden.  His last known address was along Ferrara Drive in North Charleston.
