(CNN) - A New York man has pleaded guilty to not paying more than a million dollars in child support.
Prosecutors said Robert Sand spent more than a decade ducking his obligations and was on the Health and Human Services' most wanted list for deadbeat parents.
Sand, 50, has three children with two former wives.
A U.S. Attorney said Sand admitted to moving from New York to Florida and then fleeing the country after arrest warrants were issued.
In November, he was deported from the Philippines after being arrested for trying to enter the country without proper identification.
Sand faces up to four years in prison for the back child support.
His sentencing is scheduled for May.
