Suspected heroin dealers arrested after drugs found at home

WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) -

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office has arrested two people suspected of dealing heroin after investigators found drugs at a home in West Ashley.

Detectives arrested 26-year-old Mark L. Blake Jr. on three counts of distribution of heroin, trafficking of heroin and possession of cocaine. Authorities also charged 27-year-old Domonique R. Jeter with trafficking heroin, distribution of heroin and possession of cocaine.

On Friday night, investigators executed a search warrant at an apartment on Jobee Drive in West Ashley.

Detectives seized .1 grams of cocaine and 30.2 grams of heroin at the home. The search warrant was part of a drug investigation that began this past December.

Blake and Jeter were locked up at the Al Cannon Detention Center. Bond was set at $55,000 for Blake and $12,000 for Jeter.
