NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Two wrecks in North Charleston that were snarling traffic in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 26 on Thursday morning have been cleared.
The first wreck, at the Aviation Avenue exit, was reported around 8 a.m. Some injuries were reported by South Carolina Highway Patrol but the extent of the injuries is unknown.
A little before 8:30 a.m., another wreck was reported in the right eastbound lane of I-26 between the Highway 52 Connector and the Ashley Phosphate Road exit.
The first wreck was cleared by 8:30 a.m. and the second was cleared just before 9 a.m.
