Live 5 Most Wanted fugitive surrenders to US Marshals

CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A 34-year-old man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender has surrendered to authorities.
Joshua Belin turned himself over to US Marshals. Belin was wanted on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender first offense.
In May, 2007, Belin was convicted of criminal sexual conduct third degree.
Belin was supposed to register every four months, but he disappeared, according to deputies.
