Furman Head Coach Jeff Jackson resigned after 7 years as the leader of the Paladins on Friday and one of the names that immediately came up as a possible replacement is Charleston Southern Head Coach Barclay Radebaugh.
The CSU leader, who's coming off a trip to the NIT after winning the Big South regular season title, was first mentioned by HoopDirt.com.
When asked by Live 5 Sports if he would have any interest in the opening at Furman, Radebaugh would only say "no comment".
Radebaugh has some history with the Paladins. He was an assistant at Furman from 1990-94. He just completed his 8th season with the Buccaneers and has put together a record of 107-136 with back to back 19 win seasons. A move to Furman would also most likely provide a big raise for Radebaugh.
