CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The United States Coast Guard is searching after a capsized boat was spotted in Charleston Harbor on Monday morning.
Coast Guard officials said the search began after crews on the Cutter "Yellowfin" spotted a capsized boat as they were leaving the harbor around 10:15 a.m.
The only identifying mark crews could provide was a black stripe on the bow. The capsized boat went under water soon after it was seen.
The Yellowfin launched a small boat and a helicopter joined the search. At this time no one has been seen or rescued.
