Henderson County officials recover drowning victim

HENDERSON COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Game Warden Dustin Balfanz has confirmed with KLTV, the body of a man who drowned in Lake Palestine has been recovered.

The man reportedly drown Sunday night. The Henderson County Game Warden has been on scene searching the man's body for most of the evening.

    A Montana sheriff’s deputy killed in the line of duty will be laid to rest in his native Clarendon County next week. Broadwater County deputy Mason Moore, 42, died after he was shot several times during a traffic stop on May 16.
