Carlos Dunlap, of the Cincinnati Bengals and Robert Quinn, of the St. Louis Rams, will be hosting their 2nd Annual Football Camp on Saturday June 1 at Fort Dorchester High School. The Charleston natives attended Fort Dorchester High School before playing in college and later on being drafted in the 2nd round in 2010 (Dunlap) and 1st round in 2011 (Quinn).
The camp's focus will not only be to teach the fundamentals of football, but provide kids with skills needed to succeed in life on and off the field. Kids will learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, responsibility, respect, family values and hard work.
"Bringing this camp back to North Charleston means everything to me. This place is who I am. I owe it to all of the people who helped me in my career to give back. Football has opened so many doors in my life and I wanted to help aid in the motivation of a kid who is just like me," Dunlap said of last years' camp.
