COLLETON COUNTY, SC (AP/WCSC) - A tornado warning was declared for portions of Colleton County on Thursday night.
At 10:17 p.m., radar detected a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near White Hall moving north at 35 mph. It expired at 11 p.m.
Some locations in the warning included Green Pond, White Hall, Hendersonville and Ritter.
A woman claimed that the roof of her house, on Ritter Road in Walterboro, came off during the tornado warning.
