MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - A Mt. Pleasant optometrist is looking to make a difference in Moore, Okla. following last month's deadly tornado.

Dr. Brad Bodkin is the owner of the Vision Center at Seaside Farms in Mount Pleasant.

For the month of June, his practice will donate a percentage of their sales from eye exams, eye glasses and contact lenses to the relief effort in Moore.

"You saw all the devastation, and it really hits home," Bodkin said."And you know things can happen like that to anybody, and we want to help out wherever we can."

Bodkin says they will use the Red Cross to make sure the donations are distributed in the right way.
