GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) agents say they have arrested a Goose Creek man who has been lining his pockets with money made by selling equipment that did not belong to him.
Dan Daniels, 56, was arrested Tuesday and charged with breach of trust with fraudulent intent value $10,000 or more.
Between January 2011 and December 2012, agents say Daniels sold equipment in Chesterfield County that belonged to a doctor and pocketed the money.
Daniels conducted his business under the company name Lynches River Land Company, Inc., the warrant states.
Agents say the investigation of bank records, contracts and correspondences led to Daniels' arrest.
Daniels is being held at the Chesterfield County Detention Center.
