Steak 'n Shake opens its doors in Tanger Outlet

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

North Charleston officials gathered Thursday morning for a ribbon cutting ceremony for a fast food restaurant that will be slinging delicious steakburgers and milkshakes.

Steak ‘n Shake in Tanger Outlet held its Grand Opening Thursday at 10 a.m. North Charleston Mayor Keith Summey joined the restaurant's owner Benjamin Carter and partner Seth Salzman to cut the ribbon and officially open the new joint.

The restaurant, which has an ardent following across the United States, is designed to reflect a classic and timeless feel, according to Steak ‘n Shake CEO Sardar Biglari.

Steak ‘n Shake features their famous steakburgers and hand-dipped milk shakes, along with other traditional items like hot dogs, fries, and much more.
