LADSON, SC (WCSC) - Dorchester County deputies say a Ladson home was damaged by gunfire early Friday morning, and the victim believes the shooter could be his drug dealer.
According to an incident report, five or six gunshots were fired at a home on Hummingbird Avenue around 4 a.m.
The 45-year-old victim told deputies it is possible the shooter was his drug dealer, known as "Dollar".
The report states Dollar stopped by the victim's home earlier in the night to collect money from previous transactions, but the victim was only able to pay some of his debt. The man later heard gunfire and found a bullet hole in his door.
Deputies say they were able to find shell casings and bullet holes at the scene.
