Cops: Man who escaped police following chase has lengthy rap sheet

DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

There's new information on a wanted man who led Dorchester County deputies on a high speed chase on Tuesday.

Authorities say Antuan Prioleau has quite a long rap sheet.

When authorities finally catch up with Prioleau, he will find himself inside the Dorchester County jail. According to reports, this wont be the first time he has found himself behind bars.

Prioleau's criminal background dates all the way back to the 1990's and is a dozen pages long.

He's been in and out of jail for charges like crack cocaine possession, domestic abuses and multiple illegal driving arrests.

He has been arrested or convicted on drug charges more than 20 times with most of those charges for having or selling crack cocaine.He's also been arrested for multiple driving violations including driving under suspension, speeding and driving without a license.

After Tuesday's crash on Ladson Road, Dorchester County deputies say Prioleau ran into the woods and hasn't been seen since.
