GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) - A 46-year-old Georgetown bar owner who was arrested on solicitation for prostitution charges in April surrendered to police on additional charges.

The Georgetown Police Department arrested Kenneth Carl Terry, former owner of the Krazy Fish, after he surrendered Tuesday morning.

Terry was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, promoting the prostitution of a minor and three counts of prostitution.

Investigators also arrested 19-year-old Donovan Luther Miller on Tuesday and charged him with two counts of prostitution.

Officers had originally arrested Terry back in May on four counts of solicitation for prostitution. He also faced charges of simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges stem from a police investigation into allegations of prostitution and the sale of alcohol to minors, and the proposition of young, teenaged boys at the Krazy Fish on 619 Front Street.
