DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Westbound traffic on Interstate 26 is moving again in Dorchester County after a tractor-trailer wreck on Thursday.

According to Senior Trooper Bridget Wyant of South Carolina Highway Patrol, the wreck happened at mile marker 180 around 12:30 p.m.

Wyant said a 23-year-old man was driving west in his 1996 Freightliner when he had to drive into the median to avoid a vehicle that was slowing down.  A photo from the scene shows the truck's cab jackknifed during the wreck.

No one was injured.

Troopers cited the truck driver for driving too fast for conditions.
