MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – An 82-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested for prostitution Thursday night, according to a Myrtle Beach Police Department report.

Don Scarbough Fenters and Alisha Caroline Phillips were arrested after a witness reported to police that he saw a vehicle swerving on Highway 501, the report states. He got closer to the vehicle, thinking it may have been drunk driver, but saw a woman performing sexual acts on the older man while he was driving.

The witness followed the vehicle as it pulled off Highway 501 and parked in the back of a property in the 1500 block of Executive Avenue, the report states. The witness then flagged the responding Myrtle Beach Police officer down and told him where they were located.

According to the police report, the officer saw Phillips performing sexual acts on Fenters while he sat in the driver's seat of a white Cadillac Deville. Both were taken to Myrtle Beach Jail, and interviewed with the officer. Both were charged with prostitution, and Phillips was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after it was found in her purse.
