OXFORD, MS - Senior quarterback Bo Wallace passed for 188 yards and two touchdowns as Ole Miss (2-0) raced out to a convincing 31-0 lead at halftime before cruising to a 31-13 victory in its home opener against Southeast Missouri.

The Rebels scored on each of their first five possessions in the first half to take a 31-0 lead. A 64-yard touchdown reception from freshman tight end Evan Engram and a 67-yard touchdown reception by junior wide receiver Donte Moncrief highlighted the Rebels' offensive performance in the first half.

Senior quarterback Barry Brunetti rushed for a career-high 111 yards, including a four-yard touchdown rush with 3:06 remaining in the first quarter to give Ole Miss a 10-0 lead. The touchdown rush up the middle, Brunetti's third this season, matches his season total from a year ago.

Defensively, junior linebacker Serderius Bryant had a career-high 15 tackles, including a career-high eight solo tackles to lead the Rebels' defense. Junior free safety Cody Prewitt grabbed his second interception of the season, and sophomore defensive back Chief Brown had his second career fumble recovery.
