    Pete Ambrose chose to hear the bad news first.Late Monday, the farmer and owner of Ambrose Farms on Wadmalaw Island got wind of a $1092 citation issued by The City of Charleston, for advertising signs he posted on city property.The signs read, U-Pick Strawberries and list a phone number for Ambrose Farms. GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Georgetown deputies say four men were arrested Thursday after officials received complaints of narcotics related offenses taking place outside a Georgetown County business.

According to a report, the 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit and the Georgetown County Sheriff's Intensified Criminal Enforcement Team (ICE) executed a drug bust in the parking lot of Three Door Disco off Micah Road on Thursday around 8:30 p.m.

A search of the four suspects uncovered marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, and a loaded handgun.

Shaton Porcher, 35, was charged with three counts possession with intent to distribute (PWID) marijuana, crack and cocaine near a school, one count PWID cocaine, and one count PWID Crack. Malcolm Myers, 33, was charged with two counts of PWID crack and cocaine, one count trafficking cocaine, and one count possession of marijuana.

Jeremy Grate, 26, was charged with one count possession of cocaine and one count unlawful carry of a loaded pistol. Marque Morant, 26, was charged with one count manufacture/possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute near a school or park, and one count PWID marijuana. 

The four suspects are being held at the Georgetown County Detention Center.
