WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - 911 service has been restored in Williamsburg County.
We learned overnight that calls were having to be rerouted to Clarendon County.
Officials say that's because a fiber optic cable was cut and caused the system to go down.
A supervisor with Williamsburg County dispatch confirms the lines have been fixed.
