ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Georgia Environmental Protection Division wants public input on a proposed change to Procter and Gamble's air quality permit.

Procter and Gamble wants to modify that permit so they can build a biomass co-generation boiler.

Those interested in hearing more about the project or voicing their concerns can do so Thursday night.

The hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Bill Miller Community Center on Vick Street in Albany.
