Ashley Ridge 25,  Beaufort 21 - Donovan Thompson returned a punt 77 yards for a touchdown in the 4th quarter to give the Swamp Foxes (4-5, 2-1 in Region 8-AAAA) a lead they wouldn't give back. Eric Blackley rushed for 162 yards and 3 TD's for the Eagles (6-3, 1-2). 

West Florence 27,  Cane Bay 3 - The Cobras fall to 0-9 on the season despite getting 86 yards rushing from Ramonte Frasier.

Bishop England 35, Woodland 7 (Live 5 Game of the Week) - The Battling Bishops won a share of their third straight league title with a convincing 35-7 victory over previously undefeated Woodland. Nick Shiver ran for 226 yards and four touchdowns on 18 carries for Bishop England, which moves to 7-2, 6-0 in Region 6-AA.  The Bishops ran for 367 yards as a team; didn't throw for a single yard.  The Wolverines (8-1, 5-1) got a 101 yards passing and a touchdown from Drake Knight (also ran for 62 yards); he threw two interceptions.  Bishop England can lock up the league title outright with a win at Ridgeland-Hardeeville. 

Goose Creek 49, Wando 21 - Former Gator star Tramel Terry's number was retired as his alma mater improved to 9-0, 2-0 in Region 7-AAAA. Caleb Kinlaw ran for 135 and a touchdown, and Dantez Bennamon threw for 106 and two touchdowns (despite missing part of the game with an injury).  The Warriors (3-6, 1-2) led 14-7 after one quarter.

Stratford 21, West Ashley 0 - The Knights (9-0, 3-0 in Region 7-AAAA) pitched a shutout on the road; the Wildcats fell to 5-4, 0-2.

Summerville 56, Colleton County 21 - The Green Wave (7-2, 3-0 in Region 8-AAAA) had little trouble with the Cougars (2-7, 0-3) in Walterboro.

Fort Dorchester 62, Bluffton 34 - The Patriots' (6-3, 2-1 in Region 8-AAAA) offense went nuts at home; the Bobcats fall to 5-4, 1-2.

Hanahan 55, Hilton Head 21 - The Hawks (9-0, 4-0 in Region 8-AAA) captured their fourth straight region title with their 19th straight league win.

Orangeburg-Wilkinson 28, Berkeley 10 - The Bruins dropped the Stags to 4-5, 2-2 in Region 8-AAA.

James Island 27, Stall 13 - The Trojans (2-7, 1-3 in Region 8-AAA) rallied from 13-7 deficit late in the second quarter to beat the Warriors (1-8, 0-4).

Timberland 42, Andrews 14 - The Wolves (7-2, 4-0 in Region 7-AA) won a share of their 8th league title in 10 years with a convincing home win over the Yellow Jackets.  Bernard "VA" Harmon ran for 115 yards and two touchdown in the victory.  Timberland can lock up the league title outright next week by beating Lee Central.

North Charleston 32, Academic Magnet 29 - Deoandre Gilmore ran for 183 and a touchdown, threw for another touchdown, and went 1,000 yards rushing for the season as the Cougars improved to 2-7, 2-4 in Region 6-AA. The Raptors fall to 3-6, 1-5.

Ridgeland-Hardeeville 20, Garrett 16 - The Falcons (5-4, 2-4 in Region 6-AA) had the ball late in the fourth quarter with a chance to talk the lead, but turned it over on downs.

Battery Creek 62, Burke 0 - The Bulldogs fall to 0-9, 0-6 in Region 6-AA.

Whale Branch 28, St. John's 14 - The Islanders (5-4) entered the second half tied with the Warriors, 14-14 before the road team took control.

Cross 33, Baptist Hill 0 - The Trojans (5-5, 3-1 in Region 6-A) dominated on the road in the regular season finale; the Bobcats are now 5-4, 1-2.

Military Magnet 50, Lincoln 0 - The Eagles (4-5, 1-2) cruised on the road against the Yellow Jackets (1-8, 0-3).
