Trio arrested after mobile meth lab found during traffic stop

ORANGEBURG, SC (WCSC) - Deputies have arrested three people after a mobile meth lab was found in a car during a traffic stop in Orangeburg this past weekend.

The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office charged 21-year-old Will Rogers Mitchum Jr., 25-year-old Shane Allen Russell and 28-year-old Fran Nicole Roberts with manufacturing methamphetamine.

On Sunday morning, a trooper with the South Carolina Highway patrol conducted a traffic stop on a car in the area of Shillings Bridge Road and found a mobile meth lab in the trunk of the vehicle, according to the sheriff's office.

An incident report states Mitchum was also charged with driving under suspension.
