GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) -

Berkeley County deputies say four suspects were arrested Wednesday after a traffic stop led to the discovery of items that are used in the making of methamphetamine.

Preston Long, 24, Hillery Stidham, 34, Brian Rourk, 25, and Shaquille Harris, 20, were arrested and charged with attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.

According to a release, the suspects were caught after a traffic stop was initiated on North Goose Creek Blvd.

Deputies say components used to manufacture methamphetamine were found in the back seat and trunk of the car.

The four suspects are being held at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center.
