Teens charged in 4 Georgetown burglaries

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Georgetown County deputies say two teens have been arrested in connection with several burglaries over the last few weeks.

Patricia Hemlepp, 17, and Brian Perry, 18, were both arrested earlier this week. 

According to deputies, the two suspects are responsible for burglaries at two businesses and two residences across Murrells Inlet. The burglaries took place over a two week span. 

Hemlepp was arrested on November 17 and Perry was arrested on November 20 for their roles in the incidents.

Hemlepp is charged with one count of hindering and obstructing, two counts of burglary second degree, and one count of grand larceny. Perry is charged with two counts of burglary first degree, two counts of burglary second degree, and one count of grand larceny.
