SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - The third suspect wanted in a fatal shooting in Summerville has been arrested, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
Thirty-three-year-old Shearon Lamar Bennett, of Cross, was apprehended on a murder charge along Rivers Avenue in North Charleston on Monday night. He's charged in connection to a fatal shooting at a Summerville bar that took the life of 32-year-old April Infinger of Goose Creek.
Investigators have already arrested 45-year-old Darrell Bennett and 41-year-old April Cartin. Each are charged with obstruction of justice and were given a $75,000 bond.
According to a release from the coroner's office, the shooting happened at 12:48am Sunday at Moonshine Saloon on Myers Road in Summerville.
Infinger was celebrating a friend's birthday at the bar. The friend, Aubrey Cade told Harve Jacobs a fight broke out inside the business and spilled outside. Cade told Infinger it was a good time to leave.
"I turned around to hug her and no sooner could I get my arms back from around her to let my husband know we were ready to go," she recalled. "That's when she was saying oh my gosh, oh my gosh. I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I'll just never forget."
