BONNEAU, SC (WCSC) - Investigators say two men are behind bars after a methamphetamine manufacturing lab was discovered during a traffic stop over the weekend.
Bonneau Police say 42-year-old William Clifford Casselman was pulled over just before 4 a.m. on Saturday, January 4th, for failure to use a turn signal. During a search of the car, the manufacturing lab was discovered.
Casselman and his passenger, Destry Sweatman, were arrested on multiple drug charges. In addition, Casselman was charged with failure to use a turn signal.
Casselman was out on bond for possession and attempt to manufacture methamphetamine stemming from an arrest on December 9th.
The two men are being held at the Hill Fink-Lea Detention Center. Casselman is being held under $222,933 bond and Sweatman under $122,933.
SLED was called to the scene to dispose of the mobile lab equipment.
