The Oconee Country Sheriff's Office arrested 33-year-old McKinsey Tribble on Monday on multiple charges.

Tribble was pulled over by an officer after allegedly following a woman home and confronting her at the front door of her residence, according to deputies. The woman reported the incident to police, and a deputy spotted the car matching the description in the West Union area.

Deputies said they performed a traffic stop and found Tribble did not have a valid license. Police also found open containers in the front seat and on the rear floor board, along with a black ski mask and gloves.

Deputies said Tribble was reportedly carrying a knife in his pocket and later informed officers he had a gun in the car in his jacket pocket.

Tribble is a convicted felon and is not allowed to be in possession of a firearm, according to deputies. He was charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol and possession of a handgun by a person convicted of a felony. He was also issued uniform traffic tickets for open container of beer or wine in a motor vehicle, transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle with the seal broken and driving without a license.

Tribble is being held at the Oconee County Detention Center on more than $30,000 bond.
