ORANGEBURG, SC (WCSC) - The State Law Enforcement Division says they have arrested and charged one man in connection with Friday's deadly shooting at South Carolina State University.

According to SLED, 19-year-old Justin Bernard Singleton of Charleston has been charged with the murder of Brandon Robinson. Singleton was taken into custody early Saturday morning in Orangeburg.

An arrest warrant states Singleton pulled out a gun and shot the victim during an argument outside of "K" Hall on the university's campus.
