Parole denied for two convicted killers from the Lowcountry

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Parole was denied on Wednesday for two convicted killers from the Lowcountry.

The state parole board rejected the latest parole bid from 53-year-old Kenneth Green.

Green is serving a life sentence for the 1982 murder of Martin Cattles in Dorchester County. Green will be eligible for parole again next year.

The parole board also turned down the parole bid from 56-year-old Perry Deveaux.

Deveaux is serving a life sentence for the 1975 murder of Kathy Sanderlin in Charleston County.

Deveaux will be eligible for parole again in two years.
